 Hi, I’m Georgie,

Hi, I’m Georgie, a naturopath and mother who has supported dozens of tired mothers just like you to overcome burnout and exhaustion, survive sleep deprivation, and build resilience, so they can not just survive but instead thrive in early motherhood and beyond.

It was through my own experience of becoming a mother, with my highly sensitive and wakeful baby, that I became determined to help other mothers suffering through the impacts of chronically broken sleep and postpartum depletion.

The many months and years of sleep deprivation took their toll on my health. But, drawing on my training and experience as a naturopath, I was able to rebuild my health from the ground up, survive these challenging years, and come out the other side stronger and more resilient than ever.

In our community membership, Mother Nourish, I combine my naturopathic training with my passion for all things mothers & motherhood to provide you with a truly holistic and mother-centric blueprint for resiliency and nourishment that will keep you supported for years to come.
